What we collect and why

This site has exactly three places where you can hand us information.

Fields marked required in a form are required because we cannot reply without them. We do not ask for, and do not want, any special-category data (health, beliefs, biometrics). Please do not put such details in a free-text message.

Cookies and similar storage

Only strictly necessary storage runs on this site today: your cookie choice, your light or dark preference, and a sign-in session for administrators. No analytics tool and no advertising pixel is loaded. If we ever add one, it will only load after you switch that category on. The full list is on the cookie page and you can at any time.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of all non-essential storage and as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information. No banner is shown in that case.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We use a small number of providers that process data on our instructions:

ProviderPurposeRegionTransfer safeguard
Lovable (hosting and build platform)Serves this website and keeps its deployment logs.EU / United StatesEU Standard Contractual Clauses
Supabase (database and authentication)Stores the site content, the enquiries you send and administrator accounts.European UnionNo transfer outside the EEA for stored data
Cloudflare (edge network)Delivers the site and filters abusive traffic.Global edge networkEU Standard Contractual Clauses
Customer relationship systemReceives a copy of an enquiry so we can reply and follow up. Forwarding is switched off until a system is connected; the current recipient is named on request.EU / United StatesEU Standard Contractual Clauses

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer runs on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum where UK data is involved. A copy of the relevant clauses is available on request.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to professional advisers bound by confidentiality.

Automated decisions

We do not make any decision about you by automated means, and we do not profile you. Prices and deadlines shown on this site are published figures, not personalised offers. We use AI tools in our own build work; they are not used to decide anything about visitors to this site.

Your rights in the EU and the UK

  • Access — a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correction of anything wrong.
  • Erasure — deletion, where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
  • Restriction — a pause on processing while something is disputed.
  • Portability — your data in a machine-readable file.
  • Objection — to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
  • Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting what happened before.

Write to hello@syncra.dev. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it. You can also complain to the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czechia (uoou.gov.cz), or to the authority where you live. UK visitors may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Your rights in California

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who received it — with no twelve-month limit, so you may ask about the whole period we have held it. You may also ask us to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing.

In the past twelve months we collected the identifiers and commercial information listed in the table above, from you directly. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.

You can exercise the opt-out through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of every page, or by a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we honour automatically and without asking you to confirm. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. An authorised agent may act for you with written proof; we may ask you to confirm the authorisation directly.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, the database enforces row-level access rules, and the editing area is restricted to named administrator accounts with individual passwords. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes are announced on the site.
